Effective immediately, all beneficiaries aged 6 months and older must have an attestation submitted attesting that they received COVID-19 vaccinations both before traveling to the United States and after arrival in the United States, unless they are eligible for an exception. Previously, beneficiaries younger than 5 years old qualified for an exception to the COVID-19 vaccination requirement because the vaccine was not approved or licensed for use in that age group.\n\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c95c791 elementor-widget elementor-widget-ct_title\" data-id=\"c95c791\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"ct_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"ct-title1 style3\">\r\n    <h3>\r\n    \t\t        <span>Before Traveling to the United States<\/span>\r\n\t        <i><\/i>\r\n\t        <\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c8a5048 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c8a5048\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>To receive travel authorization under\u00a0<em>Uniting for Ukraine<\/em>, all beneficiaries aged 6 months and older must have an attestation submitted attesting that they received at least 1 dose of a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fda.gov\/emergency-preparedness-and-response\/coronavirus-disease-2019-covid-19\/covid-19-vaccines\">COVID-19 vaccine approved or authorized by the Food and Drug Administration<\/a>\u00a0or a\u00a0<a class=\"ext\" href=\"https:\/\/extranet.who.int\/pqweb\/vaccines\/vaccinescovid-19-vaccine-eul-issued\" data-extlink=\"\">COVID-19 vaccine listed for emergency use by the World Health Organization<\/a>, unless they are eligible for an exception.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b25bb96 elementor-widget elementor-widget-ct_title\" data-id=\"b25bb96\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"ct_title.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"ct-title1 style3\">\r\n    <h3>\r\n    \t\t        <span>After Arrival in the United States<\/span>\r\n\t        <i><\/i>\r\n\t        <\/h3>\r\n<\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60c69a3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"60c69a3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>After being paroled into the United States, all beneficiaries aged 6 months and older must have an attestation submitted attesting that they completed or will complete their COVID-19 vaccination series (in other words, they will be fully vaccinated) within 90 days of arrival or within 90 days of reaching the eligible age for vaccination according to the current\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.cdc.gov\/vaccines\/covid-19\/clinical-considerations\/interim-considerations-us.html\">Centers for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines<\/a>, unless they are eligible for an exception.<\/p><p>The attestation is a condition of parole and must be completed in the beneficiary\u2019s USCIS online account. Beneficiaries are responsible for arranging their vaccinations.<\/p><p><em>Uniting for Ukraine<\/em>\u00a0provides a pathway for Ukrainian citizens and their immediate family members who are outside the United States to come to the United States and stay temporarily in a 2-year period of parole. Individuals participating in\u00a0<em>Uniting for Ukraine<\/em>\u00a0must have a supporter in the United States who agrees to provide them with financial support for the duration of their stay in the United States.
