Enerel Nergui, an immigrant from Mongolia, the founder of Kompass Law, practices immigration law exclusively. She is experienced in handling all types of immigration cases, successfully representing detained and non-detained individuals before immigration courts, USCIS, BIA, and the Ninth Circuit. This makes her uniquely qualified to provide her clients with the best possible legal representation.
Enerel Nergui graduated from law school with cum laude honors. While in law school, she successfully represented her school in national law school competitions and received a merit scholarship. She was also the recipient of multiple “CALI Excellence for the Future Awards.” Enerel is licensed to practice in California and Ninth Federal Circuit. She’s also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, as well as the CA Young Lawyers Association.
Additionally, she is utilizing her own personal experiences, Enerel is able to provide her clients with the compassion and understanding that they need during what can be a very stressful and confusing time. She is a former supervising immigration attorney at a prominent law firm with years of experience handling all immigration cases, including asylum, U-visas, SIJS, and family-based immigration petitions.
